      Safety issues
    Areas in need or repair
    Areas in need of preventative maintenance
    2. A House Status Report that lists house and property issues in priority order, within the following categories:
      Safety
    Critical
    Non-Critical
    3. Estimates of repair and project costs are included within the House Status Report.

    Notes:
    1. Not a traditional home inspection. Not valid for transactions such as home sales that require a traditional home inspector report.

    2. Repair and Project cost estimates are provided within the House Status Report whenever work can be completed by NHC. If the repair or project requires a third-party specialist, we can often provide a ballpark estimate, based upon our experience with similar projects.

    3. Homes in extremely bad, dilapidated, run down condition require much more extensive review and estimating time. Additional cost will be involved. Your House Technician will advise you at the onset of the House Checkup if this will be the situation.
