Keep real estate listings looking fresh. Sign up for a House Care Plan from NHC. Homeowners are often overwhelmed with projects during the transition from one house to another. Reduce the stress and get maximum curb appeal through periodic maintenance while a house is on the market. This is critically important if a house is sitting vacant. We can coordinate lawn service, pest control, check the interior and exterior of the house, run the water, remove dead bugs, fix items needing repairs, etc. Remove the negatives, accentuate the positives, frequent NHC visits help you and your homes shine.

Pricing
Inspection Compliance Service and Home Prep for Sale Service are provided at our standard hourly rate and standard drive time charges. Anticipate at least two visits per property. Minimum charge of one hour per visit. All customers utilizing Special Realtor Services must provide a credit card for all charges. A 15% service charge applies to third party services directly coordinated by NHC.
